The 2020 Rotary Club of Concord's 4-Way Test Speech Contest is approaching and it is open to all Concord Area High School Students.
The contest will be held 6:00pm March 19 at the Capital City Charter School, 270 Loudon Rd, Concord. The deadline for entries is March 3, 2020. Click here to apply.
